23.9. room 238 - we have just arrived, we are solving the problem again that we want a room on the upper floor with a small child, we were again assigned room 2xx, we are in the POET club and we are entitled to an earlier check in and room upgrade, IT IS ALWAYS A HUGE PROBLEM, we have been coming here since 2013 and there is always a problem with the room at the reception, a long wait, we received the wrong bracelet, no one is interested in friendsclub, there is a lack of attention and refreshment in the room, the child did not even get a toy upon arrival! you are the worst of the chain, unwillingness to accommodate a small child, they give you a noisy room from the restaurant and evening entertainment!!
